BCN3D is a project started by Funcadió CIM, an organization dedicated to the research and development of digital manufacturing technologies. Guided by an open source philosophy, they work towards the goal of making 3D printing accessible to everyone, not only by creating both domestic and professional products that are user-friendly and intuitive but also by providing training programs and freely sharing knowledge and information. FabCafé

FabCafé is a nique place that seems straight out of an 80s sci-fi novel, allowing you to have a coffee or a tasty bite while printing out a 3D object. All you have to do is bring your design on a USB flash drive and hand it to an employee when you make your order.  If you have any doubts, don’t worry – the very friendly staff will answer any questions you have and assist you in using the machines.
