Antoni Gaudí

Born on the 25th of June of 1878, Antoni Gaudí i Cornet is known worldwide as the most famous name in the Catalan Modernist Movement. Influenced by nature and religion, Gaudí created the most visited touristic sites in Barcelona: Sagrada Família, Casa Batlló, Casa Milà/La Pedrera, Park Güell and many others.

Lluís Domènech i Montaner

Lluis Domènech i Montaner was born on December 21^st, 1850 in Barcelona. This Spanish architect is famous for his many contributions to the Catalan modernist movement, having designed famous buildings such as Casa Fuster, Casa Lleó Morera, Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, Palau de la Música Catalana and Castell dels Tres Dragons.

Josep Puig i Cadafalch

Josep Puig i Cadafalch was an important Catalan architect. He was born on October 17^th 1987 in the city of Mataró, having created the majority of his most significant work in Barcelona. Josep Puig i Cadafalch was the man responsible for the creation of beautiful modernist constructions like Casa Martí, Casa Macaya, Casa Serra, and Casa Amatller.

Carles Buïgas i Sans

Carles Buïgas i Sans was born in Barcelona on the 18th of January of 1989. Not only an architect, Buïgas was also an author, inventor and engineer. Buïgas is responsible for the design of the wonderful Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, Teleférico del Puerto, and the illumination of Sagrada Família.
