El Guinardó

El Guinardó is a quiet neighbourhood, but you will still find all necessary services close by.

Although the neighbourhood is not close to the city centre, it is quite well-connected with different parts of the city by several metro and bus lines, including with Barcelona’s centre.

El Guinardó is in the upper part of the city, and its boundaries are the districts of Gracia, Sant Martí and Nou Barris.

It has many green areas, including Parque del Guinardó, which is an extensive forest that practically borders the best known park in Barcelona, Parque Güell.

Apartment prices in this area are quite affordable compared to other parts of the city, but that is not its only advantage! As this neighbourhood is higher up from the rest of the city, many apartments have stunning views, which appeals to many people who are looking for clear and spectacular views.

El Coll

El Coll is one of the neighbourhoods in the district of Gracia, and it borders the neighbourhoods of Vallcarca, El Carmel and La Salut.

It is well-connected with other parts of Barcelona, and it relatively close to the neighbouring Vila de Gracia. This is excellent, because you can find a large variety of shops and restaurants here.

El Coll is a quiet and safe neighbourhood with little commercial offer, but it does have basic services. There are two large and popular urban parks on both of its sides: the very touristy Parque Güell and Parque de la Creueta del Coll, which is a beautiful and large forested zone.

Prices of apartments are quite cheap here, especially if you compare them to other prices in the district of Gracia. It is even possible to find many different types of property, from townhouses and studios, to larger apartments, lofts, penthouses and ground floor apartments.

El Putxet

El Putxet is a neighbourhood in the classier district of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi in Barcelona. This is also a quiet and safe neighbourhood, and it has different shopping zones and green places with excellent views, like Parque del Putxet.

This neighbourhood has several really peaceful corners, and living here almost feels as if you are living in one of the suburbs. Other parts of the neighbourhood, however, have plenty of shops and restaurants.

Prices in the neighbourhood of El Putxet are quite high, but it is still the cheapest area within its district. You can find a good quality apartment at a reasonable price here, something that is less likely to happen in districts such as Sarrià or Sant Gervasi.
