Vell Poblenou

Vell Poblenou is a family-owned restaurant that opened its doors in 2006. The cuisine on offer focuses on Mediterranean flavors featuring familiar Catalan and Spanish dishes. This restaurant is great for a meal out with friends since it features menus for groups, from 4-20 people. You can get the “Menu 1” for four people which includes Iberian ham, fried cuttlefish, salad and more, with both wine and dessert included for 30€, which ends up costing less than 10€ per person!

La Tertúlia

La Tertúlia is located on the Rambla de Poblenou, a beautiful stretch that leads directly to the beach. This restaurant sources local and fresh ingredients to create Mediterranean dishes that and bursting with flavor. During the week, you can have the daily menu for lunch for only 10,50€. This is a great deal since it includes three courses, bread, and a drink. The menu changes frequently to coincide with what is in season, which guarantees you will be eating food prepared only with the freshest of products. This restaurant is open every day except Tuesdays.

Restaurante Sitar Barcelona

La Roda del Poblenou

La Roda is a great place to go with a group of friends since the menu carries a little bit of everything. While not everything on the menu is cheap, some things are quite easy on the wallet such as the tapas, pizzas, and pasta. Paella and seafood are also featured on the menu but they are bit more expensive. All of the pasta dishes cost less than €10 and most of the pizzas cost around €10.50, being big enough to be shared between 2 people. La Roda de Poblenou is just the place to go if you are looking for a restaurant where variety meets a tight budget.
