Cosmobeauty Barcelona 2020 will take place at Fira de Barcelona from May 16 – 18, and this will be the fourth edition. The event wants to have a positive impact on the beauty sector by facilitating development through good quality trainings and workshops.

There are two key elements: 1) innovative training and 2) new appliances and techniques (all on the subjects of aesthetics, hairdressing, nails, make-up, barbering, image consultancy, Healthy life & Wellness and aesthetic medicine).

Cosmobeauty Barcelona 2020 is, as it has been in previous years, the place to be for both national and international professionals and brands. During its fourth edition, the programme will once again be filled with very interesting innovations and all kinds of presentations, trainings and shows.

The training offered at this fair is exceptional, because it has been put together by professionals who have an extensive career in the world of beauty, aesthetics and event organisation.

Once you get to the venue, you can visit the exhibition area Aesthetics and Healthy Life, where small-scale, but very dynamic training events take place. They focus especially on visitors.

In 2020 the 2nd edition of the Global Beauty Hub (GBH20) is organised, and for those who do not know what this is: it is a congress, dedicated to every party involved in the beauty industry, whether it concerns entrepreneurs, directors or managers of beauty centres or manufacturers of beauty products.

Besides the corners of Healthy Life & Wellness, Aesthetic Medicine and Aesthetics, the 33rd edition of the International Congress of Advanced Aesthetics really stands out. This interesting event will feature many presentations during all of the three days of the fair, and you can visit these presentations at no extra cost.

On the subjects of Nails and Makeup and Hairdressing, the 3rd edition of the International Congress of Image Consulting will take place. This is a congress that has been valued greatly by the public in previous years. It is, in fact, the only image consultancy congress in our country and is organised by the founders of the “Asesoría de Imagen”.

The catwalk of Cosmobeauty 2020 will feature outstanding shows, based on hairdressing, make-up, bodypainting and everything related to these subjects. The Vida Estética Magazine Awards will also hold its 6th edition of rewarding excellence and innovation of renowned firms. It aims to recognize the work of professionals in the beauty and hairdressing industry.

The Fira de Barcelona is divided over two large venues: Gran Vía and Montjuïc. The first location is at Avinguda Joan Carlos I in Hospitalet de Llobregat, and the second place is at Avinguda Reina Maria Cristina in the district of Sants Montjuïc. When the fair takes place on both locations, the organisation of Fira de Barcelona has arranged for shuttle buses to drive you back and forth between the two venues.

To get to the Fira from Barcelona airport, the train station or the neighbourhood of Sants, you can choose from different options: you can hop on one of the city buses, take the metro (L9, stop Fira) or book a taxi.
