Where to buy cutlery in Barcelona

It is said that home is where the heart is; and leading on from that, often the kitchen is the heart of the home. We all know any good house party inevitably culminates in the kitchen; it draws people into chat next to the counter or wonder into the fridge for snacks and scraps. It’s a place for hosting and entertaining so it should be stocked with all of the right essentials.

What would a good kitchen be without a good set of utensils? Barcelona has an array of vendors where you can find the perfect set of cutlery or some kitchen tools to add to your collection.

What next?

Once your kitchen is fully equipped it’s time to visit one of Barcelona’s food markets and perhaps try your hand at a traditional Catalan recipe: Fideuà. If you take up these suggestions leave us a comment on the posts to let us know how you went with the shopping and more importantly cooking!

  • It is an interesting article. I visited Barcelona last week and I found some interesting places in Barcelona Eixample. The best option for kitchen knives is probably Cuchilleria Barcelona. They are located in Calle Aragon 303 and have many options in kitchen knives.
