A Tu Bola is a modern eatery in Raval, born out of the street food boom in Barcelona. They only serve balls: lamb, chicken, even chocolate but we love their chickpea balls served with a cauliflower salad. The perfect modern take on the classic falafel.

Yes, it might be an international chain but who doesn’t love a serve-yourself salad bar to dress their huge cooked-to-order falafel sandwich.
