Institut Flamenco de Barcelona is a non-profit entity that offers a number of classes related to the world of flamenco. There, you can study how to play the flamenco guitar, flamenco bass, flute, singing, and dancing. The institute is truly dedicated to the spreading of the flamenco culture, which is why they also give classes via Skype, so that people everywhere can learn.
Flamenco dancing classes are given by Isaac Barbero, who will teach students how to dance the main styles of flamenco, which include fandangos and tangos. The full course costs 45€. It is 6-weeks long, with one hour class per week. The classes are taught on Monday, from 10:10 am to 11:30 am for beginners, and then there are two different classes for intermediate students, the first one from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, and the second one from 12:30 pm to 12:30 pm.

This flamenco school first opened its doors in Carrer Enric Granados, in the year of 1975. Five years later, it moved to its current home at Carrer d’Aribau. At Escuela de Flamenco José de la Vega, they offer a variety of flamenco classes every day of the week taught by experienced teachers such as Toni Moñiz, Laura Gallego, and Enrique Rojo.
