Taller de Pasta

Taller de Pasta is a unique fresh pasta workshop and store in Eixample. They produce their pasta right in front of the customer with only the best quality seasonal ingredients. All ingredients go through a careful selection process based on origin and flavor, and they use local ingredients produced in Catalonia whenever possible. Their pasta is fresh, handmade in the Italian tradition without the use of preservatives or colorants. They even offer courses in fresh pasta making! For just 30€ for adults and €15 for children, you can attend a fresh pasta class there for an hour and a half. They’ll teach you how to knead, stretch, cut, and fill pasta and prepare fillings and sauces. After a workshop at Taller de Pasta, you’ll be making your own authentic Italian pasta at home in no time.
