The yearly Fiesta/Festes de Sants, are held in the neighborhood of Sants every August. It is a week-long celebration that invites the entire world into the neighborhood. Here you will see some of the most common Catalan traditions including Giants, fire-runners, human castles, Sardana dances, and also street concerts. The neighborhood’s streets are thematically-adorned just for the occasion.
Below the large steps of the magnificent Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya, at Plaza Carles Buigas, is the beautiful Montjuïc Magic Fountain. During the nights, the fountain comes to life with a show of water and lights. Classical themes set the pace for this glorious display which captivates thousands of people every month.
