The original Instituto Europeo di Design was founded in the year of 1966, in Milan, Italy. The school’s creator was French-Italian painter and engraver Francesco Morelli, known for his works at Villa of Horace, in Licenza.
Instituo Europeo di Design is considered one of the best design schools in Italy, receiving students from all over the world. The school teaches four major disciplines: Design, Management, Visual Communication and Fashion.
Throughout the years, the school became more and more popular, with new locations opening around the world. Today there are schools from the Instituto Europeo di Design in cities like São Paulo, Rome, Turin and Barcelona.
