The Mix

Self-defined as a “hip meeting place for all”, The Mix is an urban chic lounge bar with lively music and a wide offer of delicious cocktails. Definitely worth a visit, not only for the fun environment but also for the surprisingly bold decor, which gives it a truly unique aura.

Coppelia Club

Low lights. Dark walls. Leather sofas. Sophisticated cocktails. No, you didn’t all of a sudden become a character in a noir novel – you have simply entered Coppelia, a stylish cocktail club right in the heart of El Born.

Famous for their inventive signature drinks and a pretty good price-quality ratio, this bar is equally fitting whether you’re looking to party with friends or have a relaxed drink with co-workers.

Astin Club

Located right in front of the Santa Maria del Mar Basilica, Astin is a small club with a gritty atmosphere and is somewhat of a hidden gem in the El Born district. Open until 3 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, it is a favourite destination for fans of modern pop-rock and a great option for dancing away the stress of the work or school week.

Pitin Bar

A classic meeting point in the district’s nightlife, Pitin Bar has been serving drinks and music to locals and tourists for the last 20 years. Make you sure you take advantage of their open terrace, the perfect place for long late-night conversations with friends.

Bar Mercaders

If you’re and old-school rock & roller, this will probably become your favourite bar in Barcelona. With careful retro decoration and gritty rock music always playing in the background, the atmosphere at Bar Mercaders will make your beer taste colder and your leather shine brighter – a definite headbanging’ recommendation from us.
