How to keep warm this Winter

Winters in Barcelona can be really cold. The problem is, it is not only cold outside, but sometimes it can be also cold inside. Barcelona is a city with a lot of history, which means many of its buildings have been constructed many decades ago. Some of them have been renovated, but some still possess features that are not ideal to keep the heat in during the Winter.

Here are some of the stores where you can find items that will help you keep warm this Winter.

Natura Selection

Natura Selection is a Spanish chain of stores that sell colorful products like clothing, fashion accessories and items like candles, incense and others. At Natura Selection will find knitted hot water bags, cherry bones bags which can be heated, and hot pads that you heat up in hot water or in the microwave.

Ryman Ryman

Ryman Ryman is a chain of stores specialized in amusing items like Batman USB pens, nunchuck bottle openers, and Borat’s V-shaped swimsuit. Ryman Ryman has great items for those who want to spend warm, cozy nights, like a full-body Stormtrooper or Batman pajama, and a Spiderman Slanket.

You can find Ryman Ryman stores in two locations: Carrer de Santa Anna 37 and Carrer Pi 10; and Tiger stores at Carrer del Rosselló 247, Carrer de Muntaner 272, and Carrer de la Portaferrissa 13.

Primark

Primark is an Irish clothing retailer that was founded in Dublin in June of 1969. The brand sells contemporary fast fashion at incredibly low prices, attracting millions of customers every year.

Primark sells a great variety of scarves, beanies, gloves, warm pajamas and blankets at very affordable prices. And if you want to keep your little ones warm at home, look for Primark’s Minion full-body pijamas.

You can find Primark at Diagonal Mar shopping center at Avenida Diagonal Mar 3, and at L’Illa shopping center, at Calle Déu I Mata, 69-99.

Tiger

Tiger is a Danish store that sells a little bit of everything. There are toys, decoration items, funny gadgets and even food. If you visit Tiger this winter, you will find gloves, knitted hats and earmuffs.

There are several Tiger stores in Barcelona. The ones closest to the center are located at Carrer Comtal, 32; Ronda Universitat, 11; Carrer de la Portaferrissa, 13; Carrer del Consell de Cent, 341.

Ale-Hop

Ale-Hop is an interesting store that sells everything from umbrellas, neck pillows, pigs that produce noise when you squeeze them, headphones and sunglasses. At Ale-Hop you will find a selection of products to help you keep warm this Winter, like ponchos, blankets, seed pillows that can be warmed up, gloves, knitted hats, water bottles and the coolest slippers!
