Seen all the sites? Want a break from relaxing on the beach? If you’re looking for an adrenaline-packed day out, why not give one of Barcelona’s go karting tracks a go? Great fun for big groups, go karting is the perfect activity for competitive spirits and driving fans alike.

Kartodrom

At Kartodrom, they aim to give you the real F1 experience. Located around 30 minutes from Barcelona city centre, they can arrange transport if needed to collect you and whisk you off to the track. When you arrive you are given time for a few practise laps to get the hang of the car, ensuring you’re on top form for the race. The race itself is twelve laps – ample time to battle it out against your fellow drivers and the clock. Once the race is over and victory secured, it’s time for the celebration ceremony, complete with a podium and cava to spray!

Indoor Karting Barcelona

On one of the rare days of rain in Barcelona, go karting can also provide the perfect under-cover day out. Only a 20 minute drive from the town centre, Indoor Karting Barcelona offers high octane fun for all the family – they even offer smaller go karts for children. The circuit is the most technically advanced indoor circuit in Europe and offers the perfect drive ratio of slip and grip. Once you’ve mastered the course, beaten your rivals and claimed glory, you can hang out in the lounge area for a well deserved drink and bite to eat before heading back to Barcelona, surely to lined streets of cheering fans.

Two different go karting tracks, both fantastic fun – Barcelona really does have something for everyone.
