Miniature Catalonia in Barcelona

At Torrelles de Llobregat, 35 minutes away from the center of Barcelona, you can find a wonderful place to spend a day with your family. Catalunya en Miniatura is a park that presents a tiny version of Catalonia, through scale model replicas.

There are more than 150 handcrafted models, including works of Romanesque and Gothic architecture and the works of one of Catalonia’s most important architects, Antoni Gaudí. You will see the University of Barcelona, Tibidabo, the Monastery of Montserrat, Park Güell, Casa Batlló, La Sagrada Família, Palace of the Generalitat, Dalí Theatre and Museum, among others.

Catalunya en Miniatura

At Catalunya en Miniatura there is also the chance for adventure when visiting The Bosc Animat. There are 4 different circuits, each one designed for a specific age range.

Gnomes is the easiest circuit for kids 3 years old and up, measuring less than 1.30m.

Fairies and Elves are medium difficulty level circuits for those taller than 1.20m, with adult supervision. If the child measures at least 1.30m, it may travel the circuit by itself.

Trolls is the circuit with the highest level of difficulty, where kids between 1.40m and 1.50m can fight and defeat trolls, while overcoming a series of obstacles and traps.
