ABaC Barcelona

Lead by the prestigious Chef Jordi Cruz, chef, writer, and Judge of hit TV show Masterchef Spain, ABAC has become one of Barcelona’s best restaurants to experience superior cuisine. The restaurant was awarded 2** Michelin, and in 2011 was nominated as Best Restaurant 2011 in Catalonia by the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy. Located in Agenda Tibidabo, this beautifully lightened restaurant can seat up to 56 diners. It also has private rooms for events. The huge windows, fresh garden and white tones create a calm, and sophisticated atmosphere you will want to experience.  

Arenal restaurant

Arenal restaurant is a chic and remarkable beachfront restaurant. You can enjoy their two specialties, rice broth and paella with the ocean as your background. The restaurant also offers a spacious and comfortable interior perfect for a special evening. Make your way toward La Barceloneta and enjoy this Mediterranean cuisine steps from the ocean. 

Botafumeiro

Eva Longoria, Woody Allen, and Don Johnson are some of the names of stars that have made an appearance at Botafumeiro. All of which have left raving reviews on Botafumeiro’s guestbook. Botafumeiro is Barcelona’s top seafood restaurant. They pride themselves on selecting the freshest catch and with it creating traditional Mediterranean and Cantabrian dishes. Moncho Neira, owner and chef, explains “when the raw material is the best on the market, the only thing a chef need do is respect the product, [by] using the right amount of heat and seasoning to arouse all its flavor and aroma.”

Bocagrande

Another hotspot location for socialites and top celebrities passing through Barcelona. Bocagrande creates the perfect sophisticated atmosphere with extraordinary service, fresh seafood, and high-quality wines and cocktails. It’s grand Subterranean decor and bustling vibe also adds to the list of qualities for being a top dining destination in Barcelona. Ask the waiters for a suggested dish and they will perfectly pair it with a glass of wine or a cocktail.  

Cuidad Condal

Cuidad Condal offers an authentic ambience that will make you return time-and-time again. This quaint and charming tapas bar’s patio designs will keep you coming back week after week. They offer traditional Spanish tapas like bread with tomatoes, patatas brava, gambas, and more. Their wine menu is also exquisite. 

Dos Palillos

Dos Palillos is Asian cuisine in a Spanish style restaurant where food is ordered with the purpose of sharing the dish. It is the perfect Asian-Spanish fusion experience. An open kitchen layout and extravagant decorations provide a lively and delicious experience. Located in the Barrio Raval, you will not want to skip this one out. 

El Principal

Elegant, captivating, and fresh are some words that describe El Principal. Located in el barrio of Eixample, it provides the perfect place for a casual lunch, an evening of eating tapas, or a wedding/ event venue. Its huge windows and outside terrace provide a refreshing ambiance where you can enjoy Catalonian and Mediterranean cuisine and cocktails with contemporary touches.

4-Gats

A usual destination visited by renown passed artists like Pablo Picasso, Gaudi, and Ricard Opisso. 4-gats has become a must-see (and eat) monument when in Barcelona. When walking in you don’t only expect good food but also an unusual experience provided by the refined and artistic details within the architecture and interior design of the restaurant. The restaurant offers exquisite plates of breakfast , tapas, and an unusual gastro bar.
