The shop which would become Pandora was set up in Copenhagen back in 1982. It was founded by Danish goldsmith Per Envoldsen and his wife, and they had no idea just how much their little jewelers would grow over the years. They often traveled all the way to Thailand in search of jewelry they could import and became successful wholesalers. In 1987, they decided to upscale their business. They started designing their own unique pieces of jewelry in Thailand in the 1989 and, ever since, have opened up shops all over the world from America to Australia and all across Europe.
Pandora is a brand which has captured the world’s imagination with their charm bracelets, but also with their ethical code of conduct for sourcing their materials and how they treat their workers. Pandora opened their first shop in Barcelona in 2011 in the Gran Via 2 shopping centre at Avinguda de la Granvia, 75, 08908 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona. The second store is located a little bit further outside the city center at Avinguda Diagonal, 557, 08029 Barcelona. The third shop is located in the very center of the city at La Rambla, 115, 08002 Barcelona. You can also do some shopping on their online store. The shops are generally opened Sunday to Friday from 9:30 to 21:30.
