A Walk in La Rambla del Poblenou

Rambla del Poblenou is a pleasant promenade that runs from Diagonal Avenue all the way to the seafront. Walking on Rambla de Poblenou, visitors can appreciate both new and ancient buildings, go into one of the several local stores, sit for meal or a nice cup of coffee. Casino L’Aliança del Poble Nou

L’Aliança del Poblenou is a cultural center that opened its doors in 1944. The center receives a series of plays, concerts and cultural events, having hosted the 2009 Eurovisión gala. Teatro Casino L’Aliança del Poblenou is located at Rambla del Poblenou, 42.

El Tio Ché

El Tio Che is possibly the most famous horchateria in all of Barcelona. In business for over 100 years, El Tio Che attracts dozens of customers each day, that come for their legendary horchata (tigernut milk) and ice creams, forming large lines in front of the establishment. El Tío Che is located at Rambla del Poblenou 44-46.

The Chocolate Box

Chocolate Box is a nice café/chocolate shop where you can have delicious pastries, ice cream, churros, and hot chocolate. For those who want their chocolate on the go, Chocolate Box has a whole wall of bonbons, chocolate-covered almonds, truffles, and chocolate bars to choose from.
