Salsa Dance Clubs in Barcelona

Where to go if you want to go salsa dancing

Agua de Luna

Agua de Luna is a dance club with a Latin atmosphere where visitors can go to watch professional dancers perform and learn how to dance themselves.

Wednesdays are salsa nights while the weekend opens the dance floor for Latin rhythms in general.

Agua de Luna is located at Carrer Viladomat, 211, in the neighbourhood of La Nova Esquerra de l’Eixample. The best way to get there is by taking the blue line (L5) of the subway, exiting at Hospital Clinic.

Mojito Club

One of the most popular Latin dance clubs in Barcelona, Mojito Club is a great place to go for some salsa and bachata dancing. The club in the neighbourhood of l’Antigua Esquerra de l’Eixample has three nights completely dedicated to salsa and one day dedicated to live Cuban music.

Mojito Club also has its own Salsa School where you can learn to salsa, or perfect your salsa technique. It is located at Carrer del Rosselló, 217. The best way to get there is by taking the green line (L3) of the subway, exiting at Diagonal.

Antilla Salsa Barcelona

Antilla Salsa Barcelona  is the most popular salsa club in Barcelona. Founded in 1993 in the district of Eixample, Antilla Salsa Barcelona is the oldest salsa club in the city, holding the Guinness record for “The longest sound”, with 24 four hours of live music performed by nearly 100 musicians.

This is a great club to listen and dance to some live music by bands performing a Latin/Fusion mix. Antilla Salsa Barcelona also has its own Salsa school, open to beginners and experienced dancers.

Antilla Salsa Barcelona is located at Carrer d’Aragó, 141. The best way to get there is by taking the red line (L1) of the subway, exiting at Urgell, or the blue line (L5) of the subway, exiting at Hospital Clínic.

Habana Barcelona

Habana Barcelona is both a dance club and a restaurant where you can have a nice, tasty meal with live music, or simply come for an animated dance night.

Habana Barcelona is located at Passeig de Joan Borbó, 74, in the neighbourhood of La Barceloneta. The best way to get there is by taking the yellow line (L4) of the subway, exiting at Barceloneta.
