You Can’t Miss Out The Shopping Night Barcelona In December

Every year there is a great selection of winter events in Barcelona to enjoy. However there is one particular event that will prove more popular with women rather than men and that is the TSNB Shopping and Fashion night.

Every December at the very start the stores located on Barcelona’s Passeig de Gracia choose to open their doors to us from 8.00pm until 1.00am. This year saw “The Shopping Night Barcelona (TSNB)” event take place on the 4th December.

A Pre-Christmas experience

If you are looking for a pre-Christmas experience that is a little different then this is a must for you. This year as in other years a special theme was chosen. This year the theme chosen was to do with the Golden Age of Hollywood, and was said to have been inspired in part by the “International Fashion Night Out” event that had been created by Vogue. So you can imagine there was plenty of glamour and luxury to be enjoyed by all.

However this event isn’t just about shopping in Barcelona there a number of other special events and festivities to enjoy throughout the evening as well. All of which look at making sure that Barcelona shopping zones do add something extra to this time of the year.

Although the main part of the festivities relating to this experience are located on Passeig de Gracia, many of the surrounding streets have chosen to participate in the event as well. So there are plenty of great deals to be had if you know just where to look. Plus the opportunity of being able to pick up some really amazing gifts to present to friends and family back home shouldn’t prove difficult.

However after all that shopping you will want to spend some time relaxing and unwinding. This won’t be a problem as of the hotels and restaurants in this part of the city like to keep their doors open until late to provide visitors with some lovely refreshments.

As you wander along the street not only will your eyes be drawn to the wonderful displays in the shop windows but upwards as well. The reason for this being that this is a part of the city where some of the top architects (Gaudi is one example) who have built structures along it, such as “La Pedrera” and “Casa Batllo”.

If you are someone who prefers to just sit and watch the world go by rather than doing a spot of shopping in Barcelona then why not head to Hotel Omm, Casa Fuster or Hotel Oriental Mandarin. Enjoy some delicious food and drink to help get your energy back or to simply pass a delightful evening in the company of friends or family. No matter where you wander during “The Shopping Night In Barcelona” you are sure to find something that you like and will end up parting with money for.
