Then Barcelona is the place for you to be from September 30 to October 2, when the 19th edition of the International Tattoo Expo takes place at Fira de Barcelona in Montjuïc.

The Barcelona Tattoo Expo is one of the most important tattoo conventions both nationally and internationally. In an environment filled with good vibrations, it will receive close to 200 tattoo artists from countries all over the world, including France, Poland, Switzerland, Russia, Germany, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, U.S.A, Canada, Tahiti and of course, Spain.
Stefano Phen, Suso, YPSO, Toni Nova, Sak, Jotapaint, José Manfredi, Josu, Gonzalo Arana and Dani Granados will be some of the talented tattooers representing the host nation.
If you want to get inked by one of the best in the world, this is your chance – and it’s pretty simple. Check the full list or artists and tattoo studios present and choose your favorite. Then, once you arrive at the event, ask to schedule an appointment.
Remember that some artists are very popular and might not have time to fulfil every request. To avoid this, if you already have a tattooer in mind, you can send them an e-mail before the event to guarantee a time slot. This will also allow you to discuss the tattoo with more detail and ensure you’ll get exactly what you want.

Suppliers – Tattoo shop suppliers from all over the world will have booths where you can check out the latest tools and technology.
Cars and bikes – These two subcultures, which often intersect with tattoos, will also be represented with shows and exhibitions. Expect plenty of custom cars and bikes, as well as the best paint jobs from all over the world.
Barcelona Art & Urban Movement – Just like in previous editions, BAUM will provide the best entertainment with breakdancing and hip pop competitions, as well as bring its own visual art in the form of graffiti.

Schedule – Friday and Saturday from noon to midnight, Sunday from noon to 10 PM.
Tickets – Current prices are 15€ for Friday, 20€ for Saturday and 18€ for Sunday. A ticket for just Saturday and Sunday is available for 30€, while a 3-day pass is priced at 40€. The sooner you get your tickets at the official website, the better, as prices will rise as the event approaches.
Location – The Barcelona Tattoo Expo will take place at the 8th pavilion of Fira de Barcelona in Recinto de Montjuïc. The entrance to the venue is located at Plaza de España.
How to get there – You can easily get to the venue by metro using either the red (L1) or green (L3) line and exiting at Espanya station. If you prefer the bus, numbers D20, H12, V7, 9, 13, 27, 37, 50, 65, 79, 91, 109, 150, 165 will take you there. The event’s official website has indications not only on how to get there by car, but also on how to win the chance to ride a Harley Davidson to the event.
