Tattoo removal in Barcelona

Getting a tattoo is a decision that should be well considered. It’s important to have in mind that things we identify with today, may not be the things we identify with in the future. That maybe what seems like a good fit with our current lifestyle, may be misplaced or inappropriate in a couple of years.

For those who regret the decision made in the past, there are a number of tattoo removal services in the city that can help solve the problem.

Tattoo Cleaners

Tattoo Cleaners works with Q-Switch laser technology to erase tattoos, permanent makeup and skin spots.

Tattoo Cleaner’s tattoo removal technique is considered less painful than common techniques, although there may the need to use an anesthetic cream in particularly sensitive areas of the body, or if the tattoo is very big.

The 20-minute sessions should be done every 4 or 6 weeks. After each session, the area should be protected and covered from the sun.

It usually takes from 8 to 12 sessions to erase a tattoo completely.

You can find Tattoo Cleaners at Carrer Sant Antoni Maria Claret 357, Carrer de Galileu 60 and Av. Diagonal 338.

Tatualia

Tatualia is a center that specializes in tattoo removal, working with a laser technology that targets the pigment particles that were introduced with the tattoo. By focusing only on those particles, this process allows the skin to remain intact, with no scars. Depending on the size and amount of ink that was used to create the tattoo, it may take 6 to 8 sessions to erase it completely.

You can find Tatualia at Plaça Doctor Letamendi, 10.

KlynInk

KlynInk works with Laser Infinity technology, removing around 2.500 tattoos per year. The clinic advises people to start the treatment only after the summer since the area should be protected and avoid sun exposure after each session. The sessions happen every 6/8 weeks and it usually takes between 6 to 10 sessions to remove the entire tattoo.

You can find KlynInk at Calle Bruc, 40.

Warning: Tattoo removal should not be performed in pregnant women, people with active skin infections, immunodeficiency disorders, fever or cancer.
