The Escribà pastry: the most spectacular cakes Barcelona

The motto of this historic bakery in Barcelona is “we don’t only bake cakes, we also create dreams“. This method is to dazzle, excite and evoke special feelings on the people that eat the cakes and sweets so they won’t forget that moment and the original creations, which take into account new trends and technologies, whether in basic or advanced baking techniques. There are currently some courses being taught as Anglo pastry classes by Carlos Lischetti, and courses to learn how to bake cakes and various desserts by Christian Escribà himself or by his wife Patricia Schmidt. This academy is not cheap, but it is the right place to learn if you want to be a successful professional in this sector.
