If you feel like taking a relaxing Sunday walk at your own pace, why not wander through Gràcia and stop off at Bodega Manolo before you head out for Sunday lunch? Bodega Manolo is one of the oldest wine bars in the neighborhood, and boasts a wide selection of vermouth to sample. They also sell vermouth and brandy in bulk.

Tano

Another old school place to drink vermouth in Gràcia doesn’t actually have an official name, but locals call it either Tano or Can Miseria. Because it is very popular among residents, the tables and bar tend to be full on Sunday mornings. But if you can get in, this charming vermutería boasts some of the best vermouths in Gràcia. It also has a reputation as a great tapas bar, offering some great bites to eat including olives, prawns and squid.

Our final suggestion on where to have a Sunday aperitif  in Gràcia, Roure is a classic bar with a homey charm, where it is not uncommon to see local families congregating for a Sunday vermouth.
