Payment and Safety

Payment is processed directly through the Withlocals website, using Paypal or credit card. You can cancel your booking up to 14 days before the booked experience takes place. You will be refunded 80% of the price you initially paid for the experience since there is a 20% cancellation fee.

Withlocals provides safe experiences, verifying hosts information as soon as they are submitted. The service also works with ambassadors that visit the location and meet the hosts to approve the experience.
