A unique workflow is what makes the company so successful. Instead of committing a large percentage of production for the next fashion season, the company commits a small amount and uses customer feedback and an efficient production network to replenish stores with new and different products weekly. It can take a new garment as little as 15 days to go from design and production to store shelves.

The company is headquartered in ArteixoGalicia, but they have several offices and factories  all across Spain.

Bigger Presence in Barcelona Province

Back in 2012, the company decided to expand its business in Catalonia. Though it already has a presence in Tordera with offices and factories, Catalonia is the new the world headquarters of the brand Massimo Dutti. The implementation of the advancement of technology is on the cutting edge of their business model. This center is probably the most advanced warehouse in Europe, churning out fashion in less than a week.

How to work for Inditex

If you want to work in one of the many clothing stores belonging to the Inditex group, polish your resume, adding any experience you previously had working in stores and customer care. Speaking more than one language is highly valued due to the high number of tourists that come shopping in Barcelona every month.

When you resume is ready, take it to Carrer de Pelai 56, right next to Las Ramblas. That day, you will only have to fill in a form. When new vacancies come up, you will receive a call to go on an interview.
