The closest metro stop is Plaça del Center (L3), although it stands out for its proximity toSants station , where we can take all kinds of trains, from rodalies to AVE.

La aparada de metro más cercana es la de Plaça del centre (L3), aunque destaca por su proximidad con la estación de Sants, donde podemos coger todo tipo de trenes, desde rodalies hasta AVE.

The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.

The final formalization of the lease will be subject to the final decision of the owner.
