Quality policy
If we were to define ShBarcelona, it would be described as a conglomerate of professionals of different disciplines and backgrounds that all form part of an exciting business project, started in the year 2000.
Since the beginning, we have dedicated ourselves to accommodating people in various types of accommodations such as rental homes, and year after year we have compiled an extensive offering of flats and apartments, many of which are beautifully furnished and located in the best neighborhoods in Barcelona. We are a part of Apartur and are accredited by “Habitatges d’Ús Turístic” (HUTS). We also belong to the Colegio Oficial de Agentes de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria and the Administradores de Fincas. All of these institutions value our management and hard work. In addition, we employ a variety of accredited professionals in the real estate sphere, from property sales to real estate purchases.
With rigor and transparency, we work to constantly optimize our rental and sale processes and guarantee a high quality of service. We have gained the trust of some of the most prestigious entities, companies, business schools and universities both nationally and internationally. The goal of our quality-policy group is to consolidate this reality by continually improving our framework, which we have done through our implementation of a Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad (Quality Management System) based in UNE-EN ISO 9001 guidelines.
