The location of the apartment is ideal, as it is within walking distance of the Eixample.

It is a very quiet neighborhood and ideal for living alone or as a couple, to enjoy the family and bohemian atmosphere of the Gràcia neighborhood. The area is populated by artists and bohemian crowds , it has a wide diversity of cultures, as it is the favorite place for Barcelonans and foreigners. It has a large concentration of international restaurants or bars with live shows where you can enjoy a beer, a vermouth or a snack with friends. Plaça de Sol is the best-known place in the neighborhood, it is full of cafes and terraces. However, despite its modern nature, Gràcia is also a very traditional neighbourhood, this creates a strange and fun mix that makes it a special place.

With very good communication, next to the L3 Fontana metro line and railways, a few minutes walk from La Diagonal and Paseo de Gràcia, where the largest shopping area in the city is located.
