  The consumption of water, electricity and gas are included in the rent?

  Short-term rentals

  Yes, everything is included in the rent.

  Monthly rentals

  No, these consumptions are not included in the rent. An amount is then estimated based on the number of rooms in the apartment (one bedroom 100 €, 140 € two rooms, three rooms € 180, four bedrooms 240 €). This amount will be debited each month from your bank account along with the monthly rent, from the second month of the lease.

  NOTE: At the beginning and end of the lease, we will get the readings for water, electricity and gas to make the regularization of the real consumption in relation to the estimated consumption. If this adjustment is positive (you have spent less than what was estimated in advance), we will refund the difference with the deposit. If the result is negative you spent more than the estimated consumption), we charge the difference to the bond.

  Yearly rentals

  Utilities are not included in the monthly rent and are chargeable to the tenant.  The agency takes care of changing the holder of the contracts with the local suppliers.

  How to pay costs related to the consumption of water, electricity and gas?

  Monthly rentals

  Each month, in addition to the monthly rent, an additional amount will be automatically debited on your bank account. This corresponds to the forecast cost of the consumption of water, gas and electricity and is calculated according to the size of the apartment (one bedroom 100 €, two bedrooms € 140, three rooms € 180, four bedrooms 240 €). At the end of the contract we will get the meter readings in order to obtain the exact consumption for the stay and proceed to regularize the expenses. If this adjustment is positive (you have spent less than what was estimated in advance), we will refund the difference with the deposit. If the result is negative you spent more than the estimated consumption), we charge the difference to the bond.

  Who pays the community fees and taxes related to housing?

  The community fees and taxes related to housing are paid by the owner, whatever the type of contract. No additional costs related to these taxes will be applied.
